Terms of Use (EULA)

1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using Cyrus Cylinder, the user agrees to these Terms of Use and to the rules of the storefront used to obtain the app.

2. License

Cyrus Cylinder is licensed, not sold. Subject to these terms, the app is provided as a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use on devices the user owns or controls.

3. Store Accounts

Purchases, downloads, renewals, and account-level billing controls are handled by the Apple App Store, Google Play, or another supported storefront. The user is responsible for keeping their store account in good standing.

4. Subscription Plans

• Monthly Subscription: 1 month auto-renewable subscription at US$3.99 per month.
• Annual Subscription: 1 year auto-renewable subscription at US$34.99 per year, equal to about US$2.92 per month billed annually.
• Local pricing, taxes, and exchange-rate adjustments may vary by storefront and region.
• If a free trial, discount, or promotional offer is available, the exact terms will be shown before purchase.

5. Auto-Renewal and Billing

Paid subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Charges are billed to the store account used at the time of purchase, and future renewal charges follow the billing cadence of the selected plan.

Deleting the app does not cancel an active subscription. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period, subject to the rules of the relevant store.

6. Subscription Benefits

Subscription access currently unlocks Cyrus Cylinder Club features such as more random-word tries, faster refill timing, speaker playback, auto-read, and a cleaner main practice experience.

7. Acceptable Use

• Do not misuse the service or attempt to interfere with app operation.
• Do not reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute the app except where local law explicitly permits it.
• Do not abuse trials, subscription flows, payment systems, or advertising integrations.

8. Availability and Changes

Features, datasets, translation coverage, notification behavior, supported platforms, and subscription offerings may change over time as Cyrus Cylinder evolves.

9. Refunds and Support

Billing, refunds, and transaction disputes are generally handled by the store provider that processed the purchase. Questions about app behavior, access, or support can be sent to support@aralel.com.

10. Privacy

Use of Cyrus Cylinder is also subject to the Privacy Policy, which explains what information may be stored or processed when the app is used.

11. Disclaimer and Liability

The app is provided on an as available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, no warranty is given that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.

12. Termination

Access to the app or related services may be suspended or terminated if misuse, fraud, or harmful behavior is detected.
